About Harvest Bridge
Harvest Bridge (HB) equips South Asian Christians to serve their communities more effectively. With our assistance, people and communities in South Asia are transformed by the love of Christ. Read more here: https://harvestbridge.org/about/
We are seeking someone who shares our vision of connecting the Body of Christ in South Asia and the West, who will be mindful to present our Asian partners’ work and perspectives in their own voices without perpetuating harmful stereotypes, power dynamics, and/or historical baggage.
Harvest Bridge has always been a small and flexible organization. Our office has been remote from the beginning, our paid staff is small, and we have worked to optimize our budget so that we can send more funds directly to Asia. We seek staff who are adaptable to managing multiple different types of work and can discern how their unique strengths can best be used to fill gaps in the organization. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about and believes in the ministry and mission of Harvest Bridge.
This role provides opportunity to listen and learn from Christians of diverse backgrounds, think strategically, and be creative. There is flexibility in when hours are worked, and we aim for all staff to have healthy work-life balance. We are looking for someone who thrives in this type of work environment – someone who is highly responsible, intrinsically motivated, organized, and a team player.
